  • SHIPPING INFO

    • Standard Shipping Schedule: After your order is received and processed, most items will be shipped and arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks. 16x24 or larger images can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. At this time,
    • Signature confirmation may be required for some package deliveries, please contact us if you have a question regarding this.
    • If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the items reshipped.
    • For international orders, is responsible for ALL import duties and custom fees. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.
    • International customers may be contacted for ADDITIONAL shipping fees
    • All prices are in US dollar. When payment is processed, final charges are in US dollar with currency exchange covered by buyer.

     

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Our goal at The Tavern and Other Thing, LLC is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

    Call us at 1-512-855-1407 immediately if there is any discrepancy with your online order. If you are not satisfied in any way with art from The Tavern and Other Thing, LLC  (http://www.ttaot.co) website, you may exchange it or return the item within 7 days from RECEIPT of items for internet orders. You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. For apparel, all tags must be kept on the item. Shipping charges paid on your order are NOT refundable. This includes a 45% restock fee. The CUSTOMER must pay return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.

     

    If you receive item(s) that were believed to be damaged during shipping, please take photos of the items and packaging so that we can properly document. The CUSTOMER must pay a Minimum of  a $25 insurance fee to help the counter any lost, stolen, and  / or damaged items during the shipping.

    Return Authorization

    You must inform our staff via email prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. Email by clicking Damaged or Returning Item.

     

    Damaged Returns

    We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, art prints are very delicate, therefore you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. We recommend sending it through a trackable method and insuring the package in the event it is damaged as we will not be responsible for that. If we receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter it into our inventory, we offer you the following options:
    1) We can return the item(s) to you at no additional charge
    2) We can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s)
    3) We can offer you store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s)

    We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if possible. We also suggest sending it using a trackable method as well as insuring it since we will not be responsible for pieces that are returned to us damaged.

    Signature Required

    Due to an increase in mail theft and mis-delivered packages, we do require signature on all orders.
